Business Development (Sales Executive)

Responsibilities may include:

  • Onboard and maintain a strong and long-term relationship with vendors
  • Follow-up current vendors and perform account servicing
  • Identify and initiate potential key business partners
  • Boost transaction volume and monitor sales performance
  • Build partnership with different charitable organizations and look for sponsorship from different vendors
  • Collaborate with partners from other industries
  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate with the potential business partners
  • Pitch B2B service packages to partnering vendors
  • Maintain customer relationship and promote brand image
  • Organize and participate in sales visits with potential and existing clients/vendors
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams in planning and executing events/campaigns that can generate more sales
  • Any other sales-related administrative duties as assigned by immediate supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience or above
  • MUST be an animal-lover
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proactive, independent, responsible, self-motivated, well-organized
  • MUST be a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities may include:

  • Handle incoming and outcoming user communications
  • Respond to and follow up customer (potential adopters / pet-owners) inquiries in a timely and friendly manner across various channels (via live chat, WhatsApp, social media, email, etc.)
  • Give appropriate recommendations or advice to customers based on their questions and needs
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Potential to supervise customer service / operations team in the future
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience or above, less experience candidate will also be considered
  • Experienced in supervising roles but happy to work independently as well
  • Proactive, independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • MUST be an animal-lover
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
