Marketing Manager

Responsibilities may include:

  • Website: Content, SEO, basic UI/UX design, potentially managing outsourced teams on website related projects
  • Strategy: planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating annual marketing plan (B2C and B2B2C)
  • Budgeting: propose and manage marketing budget across the board, from digital marketing to individual events
  • Social Media: Guide social media strategy to achieve company milestones and build brand image
  • Event management and organizing marketing campaigns
  • Uplift Customer Experience: improve web content, SEO and user experience (working with web development team)
  • Media channels: perform media planning, build up and maintain relationship with media & network channels
  • Business collaboration: come up with marketing ideas through collaborating with business partners, leveraging on each other’s user base
  • Support business development: work with Product and sales teams to promote products and brands

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administrations or related disciplines
  • 3 years+ relevant marketing experience in e-commerce / pet-related industries
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong business acumen in analyzing marketing data, trends, making projection, developing and executing marketing plans, measuring effectiveness
  • Knowledge of digital platforms for marketing purposes and Web Analytics tools
  • Mature, able to work independently as well as being a good team player
  • Creative, responsible, analytical and self-motivated
  • Tactful and good interpersonal skills, extremely resourceful 
  • Passionate about pets / animal welfare
  • Keen interest in working in a start-up environment
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager / Specialist position(s)

Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant (TVP Funding)

We are currently hiring a personal assistant / administrative assistant. We are an e-commerce company in pet-related industry. Our company has excellent market reputation and we are quite strong financially. This is a new headcount that would focus on coordinating administrative works related to TVP funding aspect. For experienced candidates in this aspect, we can provide attractive remuneration packages. 

In this role, you will provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support, TVP funding projects would be one area of focus. You will prepare relevant documents and maintain an up-to-date filling system and assist in ad hoc assignments. You will ensure all documentations are ready in a timely manner. You will also handle incoming and outgoing communications, reply to relevant admin-related / process-related messages and emails, and liaise with internal and external parties. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder; Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training will also be considered;
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of secretarial and administrative experience 
  • Experience in handling TVP applications would be highly preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), Putonghua would be a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Multi-tasking ability with good interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skill;
  • Well organized and attentive to details;
  • Able to work efficiently to stay ahead of project timeline and multi-task
